Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum but no stranger to a good gothic. I've been a long-standing fan of the genre but my favorites are the gothics of the 70's and before, a style I try to work into my own writing.
There's a special place in my heart for some of the newer authors emerging and it looks like there may be a resurgence of the good old fashioned gothic.
My favorite author is Eleanor Hibbert aka Victoria Holt/Philippa Carr (my idol).
I'm currently in the final editing stages of my own gothic romance, 'Walls of Ash', which will hopefully be available by the end of the month.
