Gothic set in US - Cherchezlafemme - 06-23-2009
I think it was published by Kensington in the early 90s, but I recall that it was set in Atlantic City. Anyone know the title/author?

Could it be "Mistress of Moontide Manor" - Lee Karr? Published in 1990 by Zebra.
