Are Gothics your favorite type of book?

Are Gothics your favorite type of book? Why or why not?

I don't know if they are my favorite. I also like non-fiction books. I like reading about politics and philosophy. Of course, Gothics are much more fun.

I prefer fiction to nonfiction for pleasure reading. I love mysteries, so Gothics would fall into that category. As far as romances go, Gothics would have to be my favorite. Romances have to have humor or mystery/suspense to interest me.

I prefer mystery books to just romance books. I don't read much romance. However, I think you're right that a romance book is better when it has mystery or suspense.
