This is an original painting in acrylic on illustration board. Has anyone seen this in published form?

I have never seen anything like it, but something about the picture suggests that if it was used, it was for a Southern Gothic.

The artist is David K. Stone and " Green Fever " is written on the verso. Anyone heard of a novel called " Green Fever " ?Also the reference # to the book is L-204.
